Each investor buyer has different means of facilitating the funding & purchase of a property, some have cash some have a partnership joint venture funding others go for Buy to Let Mortgage products. We will therefore discuss & identify the options to suit your personal needs. Refurbishments & general improvements
At the selection stage & viewing of the property, any such requirements will be identified in the form of a statutory condition report in order to evaluate the cost implications & so gain an understanding of the true valuation of the purchase. Once a work scope is defined & report agreed, I will personally schedule, progress report and manage the project providing before & after images throughout, so as to be confident the property is fit for lettings purposes, ensuring fully compliant & ready to rock & roll!.

Market to Let
I will be proactively marketing your property from day of completion, viewings will be carried out in conjunction with our agreed work scope & further viewings will be welcomed along the way. Naturally our aim is to achieve a strong, stable tenancy, as we know the tenancy & its minimal voids are the financial key to a favourable property investment.
